Agricultural Land In Fellos, Andros.

Area is 30.000 square meters and it used to be the best vineyard in Fellos.
There is a creek running through the property and there are two natural springs and a water collection cistern.

From what I can tell only about half of the property was ever used as a vineyard as I can tell from the layout. It's the part closer to the creek and the springs.

The land is not flat; it sits on the side of a hill with the typical terraces the old timers used to construct with stone in order to make the land workable and to retain water.

The property sits right off the main (paved) road of Ano Fellos, and there is a dirt road inside the property which provides access to the house.

There is a house on the property (approx. 140 sq. meters, not including the storage areas) which is in almost move in condition - still needs a bathroom. The house was built in the early 40's (hence the abscence of a bathroom).
There are two detached storage rooms; one has been used as a laundry room.

Adjacent to the house there is another structure which was the original home of the owner back in the early teens. The walls are still standing and it will need reconstruction if it will be used as a supporting structure.
